Hi I just wanted to take a moment out to say how wonderful the guys were that you had working here today. They were very courteous to anyone going by and cleaned up after themselves as if they were never here.

Jim and Prestige saved us from trying to install sod ourselves by coming in at a terrific price to install, and then worked with the irrigation pump with which WE provided him every day for a week until it finally died. For free. Then he got me a new pump at cost and had it installed in a matter of hours.

Throughout a frustrating week with new grass on the ground and sprinklers he kept people coming out so there was water on the grass every day. Now 'his' pump is installed and working and during the whole process he was calm, professional and did not walk away which a LOT of people would have done.

I would call him again for landscaping issues and recommend him and his group without reservations.

Cinnamon, the office contact is amazingly helpful.  Jim's extensive knowledge and experience is impressive.  And the team, led by David, worked so hard to prepare and install our patio in 2.5 days to a very high standard of excellence.

We hope to call them back when the next area is ready for them near the potting shed.

Our backyard is a fenced-in area that is used to exercise our 3 Dobermans. Unfortunately there is a slope to the land and it is shaded by trees so not even weeds will grow there. When it rains, the water erodes the dirt at the upper part of the area and creates a mud pit at the bottom. When it all dries our we are left with a dust bowl. Many companies have looked at the problem and most said that nothing could be done or suggested an unworkable solution. Jim came out shortly after we contacted Prestige Landscaping and suggested that a layer of river rock would resolve both the erosion and mud/dust problems. They arrived about 2 weeks later and regraded the area, removed some surface roots and installed a layer of river rock. They finished the job quickly and professionally and even cleaned up after they were finished. We haven't had much rain since then but it has certainly resolved the dust problem. Cinnamon was wonderful to work with after the work was completed.

This was a new home landscaping job.  I needed a little bit of clearing, grading, drainage, irrigation, sod, landscaping, hardscape and lighting. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and provided a solution that addressed issues no other provider could correct.  As I made changes to the scope of the project, he was accommodating and kept the project on time.  Based on the large scope of work, the price was reasonable and the end result was terrific.  I am very pleased and would refer him to anyone.
